ENBE assignment 1A was the first assignment given to us. We had to pick a documentary with preferably about a Malaysian animal. So, we had to watch and analyse the flora, fauna, topography and natural phenomenas. With that, our group A2 decided on a documentary about snakes.
Ssssssssssssssss...Snakeu! - Group A2's cheer!
PROCESS
At first, it wasn't easy to find suitable flora, fauna, topography and natural phenomena as our team picked a documentary with not much to pick from. Also, the above all have to somehow relate with the selected animal; the snake.
After deciding on what to draw, it was quite a challenge to draw it in detail as I wasn't the best in drawing. Putting that aside, with a minimum of 18 pages to draw and a requirement of 70% drawing and 30% words, it took a lot of time. It also took quite awhile to reflect upon the documentary we selected and realising certain stuff that we usually do not think about that often.
Even with an extension, I barely made it in time. Reaching there early, Ms Ann saw my work and gave me a grace period of 1 hour to colour it because it was monochrome only. But with that, I manage to get a B for ENBE assignment 1A!
After finishing this assignment, I realised that there are many thing I've yet to know the behaviours of flora and fauna. Often, we do not look into detail of elements of nature so this was a big eye opener. With this assignment finished, I manage to differentiate characteristics of natural elements such as topography, landscape and etc.
This is a slideshow of my work in monochrome, yet to be colour.
